Xmas Eve
It's here again - the season that I prefer to ignore. What I really wish I could ignore is the more than a foot of snow that we've been hit with over the past couple weeks. This shot is one of the early storms - later we got more, much more. It's raining today and the temperature is up to 40° so a lot of it is melting - thank goodness!!
I didn't do much knitting for Xmas, but I did make these slippers on the request of my eldest daughter and finally got them in the mail yesterday. They probably won't get there until Friday or Saturday, but I had problems finding a shipping box. Everything was too small or way too big. Also shipped out yesterday by Media Mail, a 40# box of books for the Munchkins.
Anyway, despite my definite lack of personal holiday spirit, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday filled with family, friends & good food.

What a beautiful view! Have a happy holiday! :)
I identify with your lack of spirit. It will all be over soon. Chirstmas that is. The snow is going to go on for three more months.
I'm sorry you're not in the spirit! But I adore that snow...
(send some my way!)
(((Hugs)))
Merry Christmas!
